Add Globalize2 model translation support for Choices.label

- configure the model to accept translations for Choice.label
- select translation for Choice.labelbased on user's chosen locale in relevant views
- in choices edit page, have Choice.label translation inputs for all site's supported languages
This misses the case when users may add a new choice via normal editing of items. For now we will skip this aspect. Possibly we will use the same conventions for translating as tags.

On hold while Globalize2's usefulness in Kete's case is evaluated, and a possible solution better suited to Kete's needs is created.
