A method to remove fields from Item type setup.

I need a way to remove a field from an item type. In this example I want to remove “First Names”.

We have added this ability for fields that DON'T already have data in use within a given topic type or content type.
This is to avoid the potential for orphaned data in extended content. The functionality should handle the most common case where a site administrator adds a field and then thinks better of it before it is in common use or it was added by mistake.
If you want to delete a field that does have data associated with it, you must still have a tech person with direct access to the database to seek out that data and delete it.
Also note that #203 has been implemented and now you can switch an mapping of a field to a topic type or content type from optional to required or vice versa.
