TinyMCE configuration option formats missing from valid_tinymce_options.yml

Hi there,
in TinyMCE 3.3 there is a new configuration option named formats (see http://wiki.moxiecode.com/index.php/TinyMCE:Configuration/formats). Unfortunately I cannot use this option, because it is missing from the valid_tinymce_options.yml file. Could you include this option please?

I've forked into ryreitsma/tiny_mce.git and added the formats option.

The valid_tinymce_options.yml file is missing formatting for some configuration options. This can lead to problems when using TinyMCE. slither io
