Upgrade Kete to work with Zebra 2.0.36 and YAZ 3.0.45

Reported by Walter McGinnis | April 3rd, 2009 @ 09:51 PM | in 1.2

This is a step toward fixing issues like #154.

zebradb/conf/zebra-private.cfg and zebradb/conf/zebra-publix.cfg

This may also involve underlying work on acts_as_zoom or possibly switching from alvis based filtering to how the latest Zebra sample OAI-PMH configuration works.

Switched to dom filter from alvis filter and got Kete configuration working. Also commented out a couple problematic lines in acts_as_zoom that were the cause of Extended Services (saves, deletes of records) failing.

It should be possible to create a patch for 1.2 that will allow it to run with the latest Zebra. Debating about whether to force 1.2 users to upgrade Zebra or not. Probably not, but will make the patch available. The 1.2 patch will not switch to the dom filtering from alvis as it will require a zoom rebuild. Saving that for the upgrade to 1.3.

Merged into 1-3-prep. Further refinements to Zebra configurations coming as apart of bugfix work for tickets #69 and #154.

More limited changes to get 1.2 to work with updated zebra and yaz has been done and will be apart of that release.
