Media (images, audio, video, and documents) upload can operate as service (i.e. can be wrapped in another interface)

Reported by Walter McGinnis | July 14th, 2011 @ 11:07 AM | in 1.3 (closed)

In order to allow users to upload a new image/audio/video/document file as a part of the rich text editor media selector widget, provide a stripped down (minimal layout) version of form for media upload that will redirect back to originating service when upload is complete.

The new form (and login, too) for media types should detect whether "as_service" is present as parameter and adjust layout accordingly.

The processing of the form should should also redirect to specified parameters service_target url. If specified with a separate parameter, append media's display page url to it before redirecting.
