Show Related Items for homepage topic on basket index page

If there are related items for the homepage topic, display them according to where they are set to be displayed for the topic. I.e. if inset, show as inset, if sidebar, show as sidebar, if below, show below the description of the homepage topic.
One thing of note, if homepage options are that only to show the homepage topic on the basket index page and the related items for the topic are set to show in sidebar, they will not appear.
