    • Assigned user changed from “James” to “Kieran P”
    • State changed from “new” to “open”

This works for autocomplete version of Choices ftype, but not dropdown.

In a branch, have a quick go (under half day) at simply adding a text field to the right of the dropdown (at each level in the case of subsettings) that has a label "OR add your own".

This work has been completed. The choices now submit with :preset and :custom, and some code is added to determine which to use (based on values), and then replaces the hash with a string, before continuing (where it goes and creates the choice with the proper parent, which is reflected nicely in the forms/show pages).

It's working nicely locally and all tests are passing.

It's available in the branch enhancement_99_user_supplied_choice_for_dropdowns

    Changeset: http://github.com/kete/kete/comm...

Took ~ 2 hours to find the correct location, and to complete coding.
