how to install this plugin in netbeans6.5

because I always use netbeans to develop rails application, so I want to know how can I integrete this tiny_mce plugin into my netbeans application.

    1. Open NetBeans 6.5.
    2. Go to the main menu and select Tools.
    3. Click on Plugins to open the Plugin Manager.
    4. In the Plugin Manager, navigate to the Available Plugins tab.
    5. Browse or search for the desired plugin.
    6. Check the box next to the plugin you want to install.
    7. Click the Install button at the bottom of the window.
    8. Follow the prompts in the installation wizard to complete the process.
