As far as I know, a monocular is essentially half a pair of binoculars. It provides the same multiplicity and the same observation capabilities, but takes up half the space and weighs half. It is more convenient to look through binoculars with two eyes, but sometimes you need lightweight and compact optics. Find out more information on this topic on the optics blog https://www.atncorp.com/blog and this will help you make the right choice.
