Javascript tags appears below the TinyMce text area

Hi,
I am trying to use TinyMCE with Rails 3.0.9. The editor is rendered
correctly, however some javascript tags are appearing under the
control. I have attached the screenshot. I tried both - using the
rails plugin and jQuery plugin directly, but the result is same. I
believe some missing stylesheet might be causing this. Any inputs
will be greatly appreciated.
