TinyMC File Manager plug-in for Ruby

Hello,
I have purchased the TinyMC File Manager plug-in and I am attempting to install on my Ruby website - http://applerldp.techitweb.com/. I have copied the files to the correct path and changed the config files. It does not seem to be working and I am was wondering if I am missing a step to implement in Ruby. Please advise and thank you for any help you can give!!
